Coaching · Capital · Community Est. for the differently-wired

You were never broken.
You were just wired for a different room.

NVRGNT is the home of leaders, founders, and operators whose dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent superpowers have always been the engine — never the obstacle. We coach the humans. We back the companies. We hold the room where you don't have to translate yourself.

The thesis

The standard room was
built for the standard mind.
You are neither.

Most of the leaders we work with spent two decades convinced their wiring was a tax. It was the leverage the whole time. Pattern recognition that looks like clairvoyance. Energy that looks like intensity. A relationship to time, ambiguity, and risk that looks reckless until the room catches up.

NVRGNT exists because we believe neurodivergence is not a category to manage. It is a competitive advantage to build around — when you have the language for it, the structure to hold it, and the people who already speak it.

We're not here to fix you. We're here to translate you to yourself.

The name, decoded

n is the neuro variable. divergent is the function. The brand is n raised to the power of divergent — the deeper your wiring deviates from the assumed default, the larger the term grows. The shortened form is nvrgnt: the compiled version of the math.

Two doors.
One philosophy.

[ 02 / Practice ]
01 — Coaching

The Practice

One-to-one and small-cohort coaching for differently-wired founders, operators, and executives. We work at the intersection of identity, leadership, and the way your brain actually runs — not the way it was supposed to.

  • Identity & story integration
  • Decision architecture under chaos
  • Boundary, structure & energy design
  • Leadership transitions & next chapters
  • Founder peer rooms (cohort of 8)

02 — Capital

The Fund

Early-stage capital backing founders whose neurodivergence is not a footnote — it's the unfair advantage. We invest where pattern-seeing, system-feeling, and obsessive depth produce category-defining companies the consensus didn't see coming.

  • Pre-seed & seed checks
  • Founder-first diligence
  • Coaching included in every term sheet
  • Network of operator angels
  • LP base of differently-wired alumni

The forerunners already proved it.

The most consequential builders, scientists, and storytellers of the modern era have, by their own account, been differently-wired. The pattern is too consistent to be coincidence — and too useful to keep treating as a disclaimer. A short list:

How we work

Four moves.
Repeated until something real shifts.

01

Map the wiring

Assessments, story work, and lived experience — translated into a usable picture of how you actually run, not how you've been told you should.

02

Name the leverage

Find the two or three places where your wiring produces unfair advantage. Stop apologizing for them. Start designing around them.

03

Build the structure

Boundaries, decision architecture, energy design, and the operating system that protects your gift instead of grinding it down.

04

Hold the room

A peer network of accomplished differently-wired leaders who actually get it. The translation tax goes to zero. The work goes up.

Tell us how you're wired and what you're trying to build. We read every application personally. If we're a fit, we reach out within 5 business days.

We respect the cognitive cost of long forms. This is the whole thing.
